De meeste mensen die in assen wonen weten dat de boekenwinkel Bruna is verhuist , en daarbij een espresso bar hebben geopend , met de naam Doppio Espresso

. Persoonlijk een heel goed en origineel idee . Als je voor de winkel loopt valt het ook direct op , dat er niet alleen een Bruna zit maar ook nog iets anders , en dat trekt erg veel nieuwsgierige gasten . De koffie word bereid door opgeleide barista’s , en dat kun je ook wel proeven en zien aan de koffie . De koffie word namelijk , precies op extractie en temperatuur agesteld, en ze gebruiken prijswinnende koffiebonen. Verder, maken ze Latte Art in de koffie zelf , dan kun je denken aan hartjes in de koffie , persoonlijk vind ik dat erg leuk , koffie drinken was nog nooit zo leuk! De bediening , is erg gastvriendelijk en je hoeft ook niet lang te wachten totdat er iemand bij je komt om je bestelling op te nemen . En ook als je hebt besteld hoef je niet lang te wachten , na minstens 5 minuten heb je , je koffie voor je staan . Je hebt ook veel keuze tussen de koffie’s , je kunt er ook thee of chocolade melk kopen. Wat ik persoonlijk erg leuk vind dat je er zelfs , warme witte chocolade melk kan kopen , erg origineel wand had voor heen nog nooit in een koffie huis gezien dat je het kon bestellen. Als je geen zin hebt in koffie , thee of andere warme dranken hebben ze natuurlijk ook nog de gewone frisdranken . Na het drinken , hebben ze ook overheerlijke bijgerechten. Dan kun je denken aan , Italiaanse tosti , sandwich kip, Triple chocolate Cook

, dit is natuurlijk niet alles , je kunt er veel lekkere bijgerechten kopen. Wat ook erg leuk is dat ze elke maand een andere special hebben ! Met andere woorden , het is zeker een aanrader voor mensen om eens te komen kijken en te genieten van de overheerlijke koffie die ze daar serveren . De zaak is erg leuk ingericht , en je kunt de keuze maken om bij een tafel te zitten binnen , op lekkere wegzak stoelen te zitten , of als het een lekkere zonnige dag is om op het mooie terras te zitten.
